I love these locks. We use them at my parent’s home because they don’t want anything installed on their cabinets and they perform the job well. I don’t find them flimsy and in fact think they will last quite awhile. In fact, I’m buying more to take on vacation with us so our rental home can be easily baby proofed!

I have knobs on my cabinets, rather than handles, and these don’t fit well with mine. THe lock part is too bulky to lock tight by sliding behind the knob, so my son can pull them right off. However, even if they did fit, they are extremely flimsy and I don’t see them lasting. Will go back to the Babies R Us brand which have been great.
